Guide
Circuit is attendance memory for recurring events. One loop, five moving parts.
01
Every event follows the same cycle: invite guests, check them in at the door, recognise their attendance, unlock rewards based on return visits, and watch them come back. Circuit tracks each step automatically — you run the event, Circuit remembers who showed up.
02
Check-in is the moment of truth. Search for a guest by name, tap to mark them attended, and move on. Walk-ins get added on the spot. Self-check-in via QR is available when you can't staff the door. NFC tap-in works for venues with physical tokens. Every check-in method writes to the same attendance ledger.
03
A core member is someone who has attended three or more times within a rolling 90-day window. This isn't a badge or a reward — it's a continuity signal. Core count is the single most important number on your dashboard. When it drops, your regulars are drifting.
04
After each event, Circuit sends a recognition email to attendees: 'You've been 4 times.' No badges, no gamification — just a factual record. Unlock rules let you attach real rewards (drink tokens, priority entry, merch) to attendance milestones. Guests see their recognition page at any time.
05
For multi-location programmes, operator mode adds regional overview, series management, and enterprise API access. Locations group events geographically. Series auto-generate recurring events from templates. The enterprise API exposes attendance facts for CRM and BI integration.
