Common Questions
Check-in isn't syncing+
Circuit works offline. Keep checking guests in — data syncs when your connection returns. Do not refresh while offline.
Can't find a guest+
Search matches names and emails. Use the Walk-in button to add someone not on the list.
Exporting data+
Dashboard → Guests → Export CSV for your full guest ledger.
Self check-in window+
Each event has a check-in link and QR code. The window opens 2 hours before your event time and stays open 12 hours after.
Recognition emails+
Factual recognition at milestones (1st, 3rd, 5th, 10th, 25th, 50th, 100th). No badges, no points — the number is the message.
